About Lakshya Foundation
In 2017, Yogita Koladiya established the Lakshya Foundation as a family foundation. Its primary objective was to support the communities that had previously supported them. Initially, the organization concentrated its efforts in Gujarat, India, under the guidance of a technology entrepreneur. The foundation provided assistance to organizations dedicated to health, education, and Indian culture.
After six years of successful collaborations, the Lakshya Foundation found itself increasingly involved in its partner organizations. It actively contributed to program development, expansion into new regions, and the implementation of successful pilot programs. To keep up with its expanding operations, the foundation transitioned into a public foundation and redefined its mission.
Today, the Lakshya Foundation is a robust public and programmatic organization that strives to empower women and children in India through health and livelihood initiatives. The foundation firmly believes that empowering local community members to lead projects yields the most favorable outcomes. Moreover, it recognizes that restoring dignity lies at the core of enabling individuals to aspire beyond their current circumstances.
